Customer Service Specialist - International

JOB SUMMARY:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with daily/ frequent deadlines, possess excellent Customer Service and computer skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and handle large volume are critical and must be adhered to in the daily tasks. Job duties include order processing of manual orders, order expediting, documentation creation, tracking inquiries and minimal filing. Communicate with our Customers, Warehouse, Brokers, Vendors and Sales & Operations Team as well as any other Prestige business area by email/phone. Also, other misc. projects will be assigned by Manager as they come up

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Salary Range: $65K to $75K
