What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coach the customer service team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Oversee order management, scheduling, billing, and customer communications for hazardous waste services.
• Partner with operations, transportation, sales, and environmental teams to ensure compliant and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor team performance, resolve escalated customer concerns, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Analyze customer service metrics and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and business results.

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate a customer service team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, documentation, and service processes associated with hazardous waste operations.
• Proven capability to prioritize competing demands, analyze information, and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency with customer service systems, reporting tools, and business software applications.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary, $68,550 to $91,410 annually and participation in our annual incentive plan.
