LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our client to identify a Customer Service Support Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Batavia, Ohio. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, coordinating information across teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing support through phone, email, and other communication channels while assisting with order management, account inquiries, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and provide outstanding service through phone and email communication

• Respond to questions regarding orders, shipping status, product availability, pricing, and account information

• Research and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment

• Maintain detailed customer records and update information within company systems

• Track orders from placement through delivery and communicate status updates as needed

• Assist with quotes, product information requests, and documentation requirements

• Investigate discrepancies, process order updates, and support issue resolution efforts

• Support administrative functions including data entry, reporting, and record maintenance

• Build positive relationships with customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous customer service, order processing, call center, or administrative support experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

Schedule & Compensation

• First Shift

• Hybrid work schedule after training

• $17.00 to $19.00 per hour

• Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential
