Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face and voice of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional support and creating positive experiences for every customer. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and professionally, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to support overall business growth and brand loyalty.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly via phone, email, chat, or in-person, addressing questions and providing accurate product or service information.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or operational issues efficiently, maintaining a calm and empathetic approach.
- Order & Account Processing: Process customer orders, returns, exchanges, billing adjustments, and account updates accurately in the database system.
- Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, billing) to trace shipments, resolve complex inquiries, and follow up on pending items.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and action taken within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on company offerings, promotions, and policies to effectively guide customers and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities where appropriate.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Experience: Prior customer service, sales, or retail experience is preferred but usually not required for entry-level roles. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and a professional, patient phone/chat manner.
- Computer & Tech Literacy: Basic proficiency with computer systems, fast and accurate typing, and familiarity with email, spreadsheet tools, or basic database entry.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to de-escalate minor conflict, handle upset - customers with empathy, and adapt quickly to changing store or company policies.
Interpersonal Skills: Positive attitude, strong teamwork mindset, and a customer-first approach.
