- Connect with members through scheduled calls and virtual meetings
- Review available benefit programs and explain coverage options
- Assist members with applications and online enrollment procedures
- Respond to questions and provide clear, accurate information
- Maintain organized records of member interactions and appointments
- Follow up with members to ensure their needs are addressed
- Participate in regular team meetings, training, and development sessions
- Deliver a professional and positive experience throughout the enrollment process

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality is an advantage but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills and participate in training
