Location: Lansing, MI

We are looking for a Customer Site Service Representative to join our team in Lansing MI.

This position supports the daily operation of Surventis products in Customer Automotive Assembly Plants by providing on-site technical and application knowledge. The incumbent will demonstrate the technical and professional expertise to enhance Surventis reputation with the customer. S/he will integrate within the business and technical community to bring additional value to coatings customers. The role controls key performance indicators within product service environments to drive problem resolution and product improvement initiatives critical to customer performance expectations.

What youll do:

• This role is for a paint mixer / tinter
• Maintenance walk throughs
• Filter changes
• System fills
• System cleaning
• Mini changes
• Tinting off spec colors
• Receiving dock load / unload materials
• Housekeeping

If you have...

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• An ingrained safety mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills to serve you well as you perform your daily tasks individually and in a team environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude as you collect and analyze technical data to identify and resolve issues to provide a superior product to your customers.
• Attention to detail in following written procedures and work instructions, along with proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite will be crucial to your effectiveness in communicating results.
• A track record of working independently to demonstrate your leadership potential and flexibility that showcases a willingness to work shifts and weekends when necessary.
