Duration: 02+ Month Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Typical Hours: Start between 7:00–8:30 AM; 8-hour workday

Pay Rate:$28.00/Hour On w2

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Solutions Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. This role will manage customer orders, resolve supply chain and fulfillment issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer orders from order capture through fulfillment, delivery, and billing.
• Identify and resolve order issues within established SLAs.
• Review open orders and coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve blocked orders.
• Optimize orders for logistical efficiency, including grouping and splitting orders when appropriate.
• Communicate with customers regarding out-of-stock, allocation, transportation, warehouse, and delivery issues.
• Partner with Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Transportation, Warehouse, Sales, and Billing teams to resolve issues.
• Provide customers and internal stakeholders with visibility into order status.
• Identify root causes and apply appropriate reason codes.
• Escalate issues based on established criteria.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and operational review meetings.
• Support billing issue resolution when customer communication is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree strongly preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Fulfillment, Distribution, Inventory Management, Transportation, or Demand/Supply Planning.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• SAP, BW, and Business Objects experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to support different customer schedules/time zones when required.
