Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00/hrMonday–Friday, 9am–5:30pm for 30–60 days. Schedule may change based on business needs.

- Troubleshooting devices and coordinating with service providers or technicians
- Collaborating with Account Managers to resolve client issues
- Taking orders, providing status updates, and offering tracking services
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills (must have)
- Can troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems efficiently (must have)
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Are able to work the required Monday–Friday training schedule and adapt to business needs
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
