Our client, a trucking industry leader for over 20 years, is seeking a Customer Specialist. Work/life balance with flexible starting times. On-site in LaVergne, TN. Overview of the Customer Specialist:

• 
  
• The Customer Specialist will work with customers on collections, including customer calls, emails, texts, payment applications, account monitoring, and delinquency reduction.
• 
  
• Process credit card payments, Zelle, EFS, and COMchecks.
• 
  
• Conduct follow‑ups on past‑due accounts, document customer interactions, and escalate problem accounts when needed.
• 
  
• Reconcile accounts, research and resolve discrepancies, process refunds/adjustments, and handle documentation.
• 
  
• Maintain strong customer and internal relationships and perform additional tasks supporting Accounts Receivable and Credit & Collections operations.
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Specialist:

• 
  
• Experience working with customers and comfortable with Excel
• 
  
• Steady job history (no hopping)
• 
  
• Ability to work on-site in LaVergne, TN
