Pay Range: $24/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Own a share of a pooled, queue-routed book at a target ratio of approximately 1:150.
• Respond to inbound customer needs and provide seamless coverage during team absences.
• Monitor customer health scores and feature adoption trends, intervening when necessary.
• Identify and create Qualified Customer Success Leads from customer conversations.
• Protect logo and dollar retention by diagnosing issues and escalating as needed.
• Provide onboarding confirmation and workflow consulting as scope expands.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in a relationship-first Customer Success, account management, or consultative role.
• Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or B2B SaaS is a meaningful advantage.
