COMPENSATION

The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience, communication skills, organizational abilities, and client hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
  • Guide new customers through onboarding and initial product setup
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned accounts
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Track customer interactions and update records in the CRM system
  • Identify at-risk accounts and escalate concerns to senior team members
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve customer issues
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders
  • Assist in creating help resources and onboarding materials
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on outstanding requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable learning new software and CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
  • A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to problem solving
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
  • Prior customer service or internship experience is a plus
  • Availability to work standard US business hours
