What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll help create memorable experiences by:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care.
- Building strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and satisfaction.
- Serving as a key contact for customer feedback and Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives.
- Analyzing customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting and coaching team members on customer service best practices.
- Assisting leadership in implementing action plans that improve customer satisfaction.
- Promoting a positive, customer-focused culture throughout the location.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience supporting operational and sales functions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with others.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
