Customer Success Manager

Crestfield Talent is seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Customer Success Manager to support customer relationships, improve client satisfaction, and help strengthen customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers

• Support customer onboarding and ongoing account activities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns

• Develop strategies to improve customer retention

• Track customer interactions and account activities using CRM software

• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships

• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to achieve business objectives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools

• Ability to manage multiple customer relationships and priorities

• Customer-focused with a proactive approach

• Previous experience in customer success, account management, customer service, or client relations is preferred
