In this role, youll help keep orders moving smoothly from initial entry to final delivery, serving as a trusted point of contact for customers. Youll collaborate with teams across the business to resolve issues, maintain accurate order details, and ensure customers receive timely updates and dependable service.
What You'll DoAs a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:- Process incoming sales requests and maintain up-to-date order information in company systems.
- Review order specifications to ensure product details, quantities, and delivery expectations are properly documented.
- Keep customers informed about order progress, production timelines, and shipment schedules.
- Partner with internal departments to address order revisions, inventory concerns, scheduling changes, and transportation needs.
- Investigate and resolve order-related questions or service issues while documenting updates and maintaining accurate records.
What You'll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing, sales support, order processing, or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.

Location & Schedule
