Customer Service Representative – Supply Orders

Pay Rate: $18.00–$18.70 per hour
Contract Length: 1 Year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to assist customers with supply orders, order processing, and general inquiries. This position involves providing customer support in a call center environment, tracking shipments, resolving customer concerns, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding supply orders, shipments, and order status.

• Provide inbound telephone support in a call center environment as needed.

• Process customer supply requests and orders accurately and efficiently.

• Track shipments, monitor orders, and provide updates to customers.

• Address customer complaints and assist with resolving issues.

• Follow up on customer requests to ensure timely resolution.

• Develop action plans to address customer needs and concerns.

• Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate records.

• Perform data entry and other administrative support tasks.

• Navigate multiple computer systems to access and update customer information.

Required Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage customer requests in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service.
