Location: Los Angeles, CA | Pay Rate: $18.42 - $18.70/hr | Schedule: Mon-Sat (6:30am-6:30pm)

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support a leader in the shipping and distribution industry. In this role, you’ll assist customers with supply orders, answer inquiries, track shipments, and ensure every interaction delivers a positive experience.

What You’ll Do 

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support for supply orders and requests. 

• Answer inbound calls in a call center environment and determine the nature of each inquiry. 

• Process customer complaints, supply requests, and order-related transactions accurately. 

• Track shipments and orders, provide updates, and follow up on outstanding requests. 

• Enter and maintain customer information and order data in computer systems. 

• Develop action plans to address customer needs and resolve service issues. 

• Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate records. 

• Navigate multiple computer screens and applications while assisting customers efficiently. 

• Deliver professional, courteous, and timely customer service. 

What You Bring 

Required Qualifications 

• Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple screens and applications simultaneously. 

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities. 

• Ability to multitask and manage customer requests in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Previous customer service experience, especially in a call center environment. 

• Experience processing orders, tracking shipments, or managing supply requests. 

• Familiarity with customer service systems, data entry, and report preparation.

Pay Details: $18.42 to $18.70 per hour
