Position Summary:
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a vital role in our daily operations, serving as the link between our warehouse and customers. Your responsibilities will include coordinating shipments, tracking orders, providing updates, and resolving any issues with clarity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with Excel, Quickbooks & Outlook is preferred
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with internal teams and clients
- Track and update customers on the status of their inventory and orders
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Troubleshoot and resolve service or delivery issues
- Maintain accurate records of communications and shipment statuses
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Provide bilingual support when needed (Spanish/English)
