    Summary

    The role of Customer Supports Specialist is to interact directly with the customer, providing job status and quotes for site services.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Assist in quote preparation
    • Providing Quotes to customers
    • Coordinate Customer Requirements with Sales and Internal Suppliers
    • Customer Relationship Building – Daily interaction with Micross Customer Base
    • Primary support to the Account Representatives

    Requirements

    Education/Experience:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Knowledge of AS9100D
    • General knowledge of reading and interpreting customer drawings
    • A proven track record for accuracy
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • Multi-Tasking skills
    • Recognition of Technical Terms relevant to electronic components and preparation services
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work successfully with multiple departments
    • Can work in a high pace environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Computer operating experience, with minimum: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
