Customer Svc Rep requires:

Duties:
  • Answer calls concerning Florida scholarships and grants
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
    • Listen to customer concerns and ensure they feel heard and understood.
    • Handle difficult, frustrated, or angry customers calmly and professionally.
    • Investigate complaints, troubleshoot problems, and determine appropriate solutions.
    • Route complex, high-priority issues to supervisors or specialized departments.
    • Accurately record details of customer interactions, transactions, and actions taken in internal systems.
