    Description

    Purpose of the position  Responsible for import/export customs declaration, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations to ensure efficient and compliant international trade activities.Duties and Responsibilities    1. Manage import and export customs declarations for raw materials, equipment, and finished goods.2. Maintain customs account management, audit preparation, and compliance documentation in accordance with local and international trade regulations.3. Handle equipment and instrument classification, customs registration, and related import/export licensing requirements.4. Coordinate after-sales logistics operations, including shipment tracking, return management, and customer support activities.5. Arrange air, maritime, and land transportation while optimizing logistics efficiency and controlling transportation costs.6. Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, planning, warehouse, manufacturing, and finance to support smooth supply chain operations.7. Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely customs clearance to meet production and customer delivery requirements.8. Work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities to resolve customs or logistics issues.9. Support continuous improvement initiatives for logistics processes, trade compliance, and operational efficiency.Education and work experience      College Degree and above and with 1-3 years work experience.Working conditions

    Skills:
    • Working knowledge of U.S. Customs and FTZ regulations.
    • Experience with SAP/ERP systems.
    • Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint proficiency.
