In this role, you'll operate a variety of cutting and material-processing equipment used to produce retail graphics, POP displays, signage, packaging components, and other marketing materials. We're looking for detail-oriented, mechanically inclined individuals who are committed to quality, safety, and meeting production deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Location: This is a full-time, in-office position based in Cincinnati, Ohio area In Office Position: No Remote / No Hybrid Compensation: Starting at $22 per hour + based on experience Stay Bonus: Front Office, Wearhouse and Production Total Bonus of $1000 General Operators & Maintenance Technicians Total Bonus of $1500 Specialized Operators Total Bonus $2500 Key Responsibilities
