    Minimum Offer $42.69 Maximum Offer $61.17

As a CVL RN Charge, you'll oversee daily operations in the Cardiovascular Lab, support and mentor clinical staff, coordinate patient care, and help ensure excellent outcomes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 1.00 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: 10 Hour Days (United States of America)

    Responsibilities:

    Under the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s).  May provide direct patient care.

    Summary of Major Duties:

    • Provides clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety and direction of unit staff in designated service area.

    • Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of all patients in service area.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate Degree in Nursing

    • State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License

    • BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire

    • ACLS

    • PALS

    • One (1) year or More of CVL and RN Experience HIGHLY preferred
