Location: Columbus, OH – 452 West 10th Avenue

Start Date: 09/08/2026

End Date: 12/08/2026

Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour (06:30 - 23:00)

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

Licenses/Certifications: BLS required

Experience: 5+ years CST, 2+ years cardiac & vascular, 1 year CVOR & Level I Trauma

Hourly Pay Rate: $62.47/hour

What You'll Do

• Scrub and circulate during cardiovascular and thoracic procedures, including CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacements
• Reprocess cardiovascular and thoracic instruments in accordance with standards
• Maintain aseptic technique throughout surgeries
• Assist team with cardiac and vascular surgeries in a Level I Trauma environment
• Support recovery and documentation for complex cardiac procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety
• Participate in call duties and weekend rotations as scheduled

What You Need Required:

• Valid certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Minimum of 5 years CST experience, with at least 2 years in cardiac and vascular surgery
• 1 year CVOR experience in a Level I Trauma facility
• BLS certification
• Experience with cardiovascular/thoracic instrument reprocessing and advanced OR procedures

Preferred:

• Experience with EPIC charting system
• Knowledge of thoracic, vascular, and CVOR procedures (CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacement)
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and call responsibilities
