Location: Indianapolis, IN

Start Date: July 13, 2026

End Date: October 12, 2026

Shift: 3x12-hour days (06:30 AM – 07:00 PM)

Hours/week: 36 hours

Employment Type: Contract (W-2)

Certifications: BCLS, NBSTSA

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Level 1 Trauma, Vascular, Thoracic Surgery

Call Requirement: 90-120 hours within a 6-week schedule

Pay Rate: $55.49 per hour

What You'll Do

• Receive pump lines from perfusion and prepare them for cannulation
• Support surgical procedures including Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Cardio-thoracic surgeries, Endovascular repairs, and Transplant procedures
• Assist with vascular, thoracic, and general surgeries in a high-volume Level 1 Trauma Center
• Ensure sterile techniques and maintain equipment in a fast-paced OR environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and procedural success

What You Need

Required:

• Valid NBSTSA certification and BCLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience, including Level 1 trauma cases
• Experience with vascular, thoracic, and advanced cardiac surgeries
• Ability to receive lines from perfusion and assist with cannulation

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Ability to provide 2-3 days of interview availability
