Are you ready for an exciting new opportunity?We're always searching for amazing people!Job OpeningsLocation: RemoteJob Id: 1990# of Openings: 1The Customer Experience (CX) Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing CX sales within a designated set of accounts and/or territory, in support of the associated account strategy. This position will provide a consistent customer interface for parts, technical support, field service inquiries, system modifications, expansions, and enhancements. This role is the liaison between customers and cross functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the customer needs.Duties / ResponsibilitiesIn conjunction with the Direct or Integrator Account Managers, this individual will be the primary point of contact and build long‑term relationships with customers for CX‑related opportunities.Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors through email, phone, online presentations, screen‑share and in person meetingsWork extensively with customers on solution optionsEnsuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesAchieve bookings goals across CX teamsEducate customers on key system lifecycle milestones and develop supporting multiyear CAPEX program.Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersResponsible for working with internal cross-functional teams to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationshipsWorking with cross-functional teams to drive proposal generation and revisionsAct as the customer's advocate to ensure they have the best experience with CXRequired Skills / AbilitiesDetail oriented mindset capable of striving for 100% quote accuracy and customer satisfactionRequires theoretical knowledge in suitable mechanical, software and electrical systems that represent the current product offerings. This can come from an applicable degree and field of study or work-related experience.Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with both coworkers and customersStrong leadership skills with ability to lead a teamDemonstrated ability to understand principals involved in conveyor systems and other material handling system technologies; also, to understand the supporting electrical and control systemsKey ability is to synthesize new and unique applications of current product line to meet customer demandEducation & Experience5+ years of Sales or Account Management experience preferredStrong customer service and listening skills requiredExtensive experience delivering technical and service-based solutions to promote material handling system longevityWork EnvironmentThis is primarily a desk-based role, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. While the role is mainly desk-based, mobility within the office, manufacturing facility and customer sites may be required for meetings and interactions with colleagues.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
