Job Title: Cyber Security Technical Manager

Job Description:
- Strong Project/Program Management 8-10 years of experience
- Good understanding of SOC operations and incident response processes.
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Elastic).
- Knowledge of threat management, vulnerability management, and security governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in regulated environments such as Financial Services is preferred.
- Preferred Certifications
- CISSP / CISM
- PMP / PRINCE2
- Manage end-to-end cybersecurity and SOC-related projects.
- Coordinate across security, infrastructure, cloud, risk, and business teams.
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Support SOC transformation, optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Oversee implementation of security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and threat intelligence solutions.
- Track project milestones, budgets, dependencies, and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with security leadership, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Skills: Cyber Security, IBM QRadar SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), Project Management
- Experience Required: 8-10
