Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst IV with strong expertise in Windows administration, Privileged Access Management (PAM), CyberArk, and PowerShell automation. The role will support Windows server and workstation environments, privileged account management, endpoint security, and day-to-day IAM operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with CyberArk Privileged Cloud, and the ability to automate operational tasks using PowerShell and APIs. Key Responsibilities
Administer Windows Servers and Workstations, including RDP, local users/groups, GPOs, service accounts, and security controls.
Apply IAM principles including least privilege and separation of duties.
Support CyberArk Privileged Cloud operations, including account onboarding, safes, and platform configurations.
Troubleshoot CyberArk issues such as password rotation failures, CPM errors, session connectivity, and account lockouts.
Support CyberArk EPM and CrowdStrike policy management, exclusions, and security incident triage.
Develop PowerShell scripts for provisioning, reporting, health checks, and bulk administrative tasks.
Leverage CyberArk APIs and other APIs to automate credential management and integration workflows.
Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting documentation.
Support audits and keep operational documentation current.
Monitor incidents and service requests to ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
Escalate issues appropriately when service levels or operational targets are at risk.
Required Skills
5+ years of IT operations experience with a focus on Windows administration and/or PAM.
Strong Windows Server and Windows Workstation administration.
Hands-on experience with CyberArk Privileged Cloud / PAM.
Experience with CyberArk EPM and CrowdStrike.
Strong CyberArk troubleshooting skills, including CPM, password rotation, and session issues.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and API-based automation.
Strong understanding of IAM, least privilege, and privileged access management.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of SLA-driven IT operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience automating CyberArk onboarding and credential management.
