Position: Cybersecurity Analyst - Cryptographic Modernization
Location: Arlington, VA (Pentagon) - 4 days/week minimum; occasional 5-day onsite support may be required

Ideal Background
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field and 5+ years of experience
- Experience supporting cybersecurity governance, risk management, policy, compliance, or security assessment activities
- Strong ability to communicate cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support cryptographic modernization efforts through cybersecurity risk analysis and vulnerability assessment activities
- Evaluate security controls, policies, and standards supporting Department of the Army environments
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and recommendations related to cybersecurity posture and compliance
- Collaborate directly with customer stakeholders to identify gaps, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Support development and implementation of modernization-focused cybersecurity guidance and policy
