Job Title: Senior Cloud (AWS/GCP) Platform Engineer – DevOps

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer with strong DevOps expertise to own the full lifecycle of a third-party, hybrid, AI-powered penetration testing platform. This role is responsible for taking the platform from build and certification through integration, deployment, and ongoing operations across cloud-hosted and on-premises environments.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in cloud-native engineering, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, containerization, and hybrid cloud environments, with the ability to integrate multiple platform components into a reliable, secure, and operationally sound security solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a third-party, AI-powered penetration testing platform, from build and certification through integration, deployment, maintenance, and day-to-day operations.

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure across AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Integrate cloud-hosted services with on-premises components to deliver a unified, reliable, and operationally sound platform.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate platform builds, testing, certification, releases, and deployments.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and platform deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Support platform integration, configuration, version upgrades, release management, and environment standardization.

• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational procedures to maintain platform availability, performance, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud infrastructure, on-premises systems, networking, integrations, and application components.

• Apply cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, secrets management, vulnerability management, and secure configuration.

• Develop scripts and automation using Python and cloud-native tools to improve deployment efficiency and operational reliability.

• Collaborate with security, development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve issues and ensure successful platform delivery.

• Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, and recovery processes.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Senior Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud infrastructure and cloud-native services.

• Experience managing hybrid environments that integrate cloud-hosted and on-premises components.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, build automation, release management, and deployment processes.

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent technologies.

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment and operations.

• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for infrastructure automation and operational tooling.

• Experience integrating, deploying, and supporting third-party enterprise platforms or security solutions.

• Understanding of cloud security, IAM, networking, secrets management, and secure infrastructure configuration.

• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and production platform support.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex integrations across distributed environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI-powered security platforms or automated penetration testing solutions.

• Experience with security testing tools, vulnerability assessment platforms, or offensive security technologies.

• Experience with platform certification, release validation, deployment qualification, and rollback procedures.

• Familiarity with cloud-native monitoring, observability, and centralized logging solutions.

• Experience operating production workloads across multiple cloud and on-premises environments.

• Relevant AWS or GCP certifications.
