Excellent communication, organization, accountability, and learner-focused problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with NIST NICE, virtual cyber labs, learning management systems, and performance-based assessments.
Familiarity with AI-enabled instructional tools and emerging cybersecurity skills.
What Success Looks Like

Apprentices and trainees receive consistent instruction, feedback, progress tracking, and practical assessments.
New approved training initiatives move from plans to pilots and repeatable delivery with clear reporting.
