Job Overview:
FOCUSPOINT is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer for one of our clients. This role is ideal for a security-focused IT professional with experience in network protection, threat detection, and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Monitor networks for vulnerabilities and respond to security incidents
• Conduct risk assessments and penetration testing
• Configure and manage security tools such as firewalls, SIEMs, and endpoint protection
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
• Train employees on cybersecurity best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles
• Proficiency in security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
• Experience with network security, encryption, and access control systems
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ preferred
