Cybersecurity Operations / Fraud Analyst
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
· Monitor and investigate CrowdStrike detections, Tier 1 and Tier 2 fraud, account takeover (ATO), and related security events.
· Conduct case management activities, including alert triage, investigation, disposition, escalation, and documentation.
· Maintain accurate and complete investigation records to support audit, reporting, and operational requirements.
· Support timely responses to security incidents and contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring processes, investigative procedures, documentation, and detection capabilities.
