Cybersecurity Policy Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Review, consolidate, develop, and maintain cybersecurity policies in coordination with Government stakeholders
• Assess IT and cybersecurity policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures
• Ensure policies appropriately balance cybersecurity and operational mission requirements
• Interpret and support implementation of DoD cybersecurity policies and procedures
• Recommend updates based on evolving cybersecurity requirements
• Provide technical support and guidance to programs implementing cybersecurity policy
• Coordinate cybersecurity policy development with Government stakeholders
• Brief senior leadership on cybersecurity policy changes, updates, and progress
• Support organizational compliance with applicable DoD cybersecurity requirements

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of relevant cybersecurity policy experience
• Experience supporting DoD implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and processes
• Ability to interpret technical cybersecurity requirements and translate them into policy guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to brief senior Government and organizational leadership
• DoD Top Secret clearance
• Eligible for IT-I Critical Sensitive / Tier 5 (T5)
• Personnel assigned as members of CERT must maintain CSSP Analyst certification
