What you will enjoy doing:

• Perform physical cylinder audits for customers as requested by the sales team, accounts receivable team or Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. Cylinder Tracking team
• This includes preparing the audit form, visiting the customer, and counting the cylinders on customer sites
• Perform paper audits of cylinder history which includes researching the cylinder history in CU, CU Image Viewer, TruTrak and JDE
• Work together with the Territory Manager, General Sales Manager, and AR Manager on appropriate resolution for cylinder discrepancies
• Enter audit findings in CU and TruTrak to reconcile the balances
• Prepare credit requests and loss of use documentation for accounts receivable
• Work with customers to resolve cylinder issues and negotiate loss of use charges and open rental invoices
• Reduce the number of negative cylinder balances for the LG&E South Region
• Understand the cylinder barcoding process and bar code cylinders as needed during audits
• Review all in-house accounts monthly and work with the branches to ensure no cylinder balances have been posted on the house accounts such as CAXXX, SUXXX, etc

• Strong Excel / Computer Skills
• Daily travel in greater Houston area
