You Are:

You're as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

• Design, develop, configure, test, and support Cúram solutions for health and human services programs.
• Build and maintain Java-based Cúram components, batch processes, interfaces, financial modules, and integrations with external systems.Translate business and policy requirements into functional and detailed technical designs that align with established architecture and development standards.Develop and troubleshoot SOAP web services, XML integrations, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, and other data exchange components
• Analyze complex defects, production issues, and performance concerns, and implement sustainable fixes across application, integration, batch, and database components.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, testers, and client stakeholders throughout Agile delivery, release readiness, deployment, and production support
• Provide technical leadership through solution reviews, code reviews, estimation, mentoring, and development best practices.
• Support modernization efforts by helping assess dependencies between existing Cúram capabilities and new platforms while protecting service continuity and data integrity.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
