The effective and successful D2 - Heating / Cooling Journeyperson is committed to diversifying their craft by continuing to increase their knowledge of the trade and improve their skillset and efficiencies. The Electrical Journeyperson is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing various electrical components including wiring, panels, light fixtures, generators, solar arrays, etc.

Essential Traits for Success:
Perform general labor and clean-up as requested, or as needed.
Assemble, install, test, and maintain warm air systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, etc.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, measuring devices, etc.
Inspect heating & cooling systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for repair to ensure compatibility and safety.
Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, aerial lifts, drills, and hand tools.
Work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs to install, maintain HVAC systems, piping, or other related equipment.
Pull pipe or tubing, inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed or open areas, large tools, and be very comfortable working with your hands.
Receive and properly store job site materials for effective job site coordination.
