Job Summary:
The Technical Lead serves as a key technical leader, providing deep expertise and guidance to clients and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Working closely with Technical Architects, Functional Consultants, and Technical Consultants, this role is responsible for designing, leading, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with established best practices, project standards, and customer objectives. Bridging both technical and business domains, the Technical Lead maintains a strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management application and the business processes it supports, while overseeing development activities, mentoring technical team members, and ensuring solution quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
The Technical Lead also identifies and addresses gaps in standard application functionality, business processes, and integration requirements by designing and implementing effective, sustainable solutions, and serves as a primary technical point of contact for development-related activities, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure Dynamics 365 solutions meet agreed business requirements while supporting long-term operational success and future growth.
Job Duties:
Analyze:
Coordinates with Functional team to ensure all enhancement requirements have been collected and to the appropriate level of detail
Assists with the identification and documentation of data migration requirements
Collaborates with the Functional team and Technical Solution Architect in reviewing "gap" requirements and their high-level design to ensure technical feasibility and approach
Provides high-level as well as detailed estimates for proposed enhancements or integrations
Understands key performance requirements
Develop:
Performs development independently while adhering to best practices
Executes on environment management and deployment activities
Writes thorough technical designs prior to starting development
Helps develop the Go-Live strategy
Validate:
Conducts unit testing to ensure an acceptable level of quality is achieved before delivering to the client
Runs application traces and executes performance tuning tasks
Deploy and Support:
Assists with the execution of the Go Live deployment plan
Provides support for a period after Go-Live to ensure the new processes are functioning as expected and change management has occurred
Provides support for managed services and retainer services clients
Fosters a positive demeanor, learning attitude and client service mentality with the team
Travels up to 25%, as needed

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $140,000 - $190,000
Maryland Range: $140,000 - $190,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $140,000 - $190,000
