Overview: We are seeking dependable and flexible Daily Substitute Teachers to support classrooms in Dayton, OH. This role ensures continuity of learning by providing instruction and classroom management in the absence of the regular teacher.
Responsibilities:
Deliver lesson plans and instructional activities provided by classroom teachers
Maintain a safe, positive, and orderly classroom environment
Support students’ academic and social-emotional development
Adapt to various grade levels and subject areas as needed
Communicate effectively with school staff and administrators
Qualifications:
Valid Ohio Substitute Teaching License or Educator License (PK‑12)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Flexibility to accept assignments across grade levels
Compensation: Competitive daily rate based on assignment length.
