The Building Aid/Substitute Teacher will assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management, supervise students during arrival, dismissal, lunch, recess, transitions, provide support for students individually or in small groups under teacher direction, assist with preparation of classroom materials, help maintain a clean, organized, and safe school environment, support office staff and school-wide events as needed, monitor student behavior and reinforce school expectations and policies, and maintain confidentiality regarding students, staff, and school matters. Peter Faber Academy is seeking a Building Aid & Substitute Teacher who will support the daily operations of the school by assisting teachers, supervising students, and providing classroom coverage when needed.
