Data Analyst

Provide a short description of the Position: This position will assist in the development and testing of the Medicaid Eligibility and Client Management (MECM) system, working with requirements, testing, and help desk service.

Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: • Review and assist in development of testing requirements and test plans • Create and implement user acceptance and regression testing for WMS System Changes and MECM implementation; • Define user requirements; • Create documentation to support projects and reflect organizational change; • Research, propose, and test systems solutions to identified user and systems issues; • Create ad hoc reports utilizing various databases to support analysis and reporting for internal and external customers • Assist in defining process improvement through the identification of policy, process and systems gaps; • Provide written documentation as required using department forms and processes; • Apply knowledge and experience of Medicaid regulations and program policy to system design and associated business processes; • Coordinate project activities and the resolution of action items for multiple stakeholder groups. • Facilitate meetings between SMEs, policy development staff, and business owners to ensure mutual understanding of requirements
