We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly analytical Data Analyst to join our growing data team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic business action by building reliable data pipelines, designing dashboards, and interpreting complex datasets. Your primary mission is to provide leadership and cross-functional teams with the clear, actionable insights required to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth. Core Responsibilities
Data Extraction: Retrieve raw data from primary and secondary internal databases using advanced SQL queries.
Data Cleaning: Filter, transform, and validate messy datasets to ensure absolute accuracy and consistency.
Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
Trend Analysis: Apply statistical techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and finance teams to define metrics and track critical KPIs.
Reporting & Delivery: Synthesize complex numerical findings into structured, readable reports for executive leadership.
Data Governance: Maintain organized documentation of business logic, metrics definition, and analytical workflows.
