Target pay rate: $25- 30 max rate
Purpose: Support daily program operations by validating system outputs, coordinating issue resolution, and ensuring successful implementation closeout.
Role Classification: Business operations, analytics, and vendor management
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate temperature monitoring alerts, notifications, and automated workflows to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance with business requirements.
Provide facility floor plans and documentation to support implementation
Analyze operational data and trends to identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate issue investigation, vendor follow-up, and resolution with business stakeholders to ensure timely closure of operational issues.
Manage installation closeout activities, including documentation review, business acceptance, and handoff to operations.
Develop reports and dashboards that support program performance monitoring and decision-making.
