Data Analyst - Malvern, PA - Contract - $39-49 per HR

Description

• Provide technical leadership for architecture and implementation of customer-data and digital-experience capabilities.
• Translate business objectives into secure, scalable solutions.
• Guide engineering teams through delivery and operational support.
• Collaborate across teams to convert use cases into technical designs.
• Mentor engineers and communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders.
• Evaluate product capabilities and resolve platform issues.
• Align the roadmap with enterprise priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own technical architecture and implementation strategy for solutions across customer touchpoints.
• Lead the design of data models, datasets, and activation patterns.
• Architect and govern platform implementations, including data layers and event design.
• Design integrations between various platforms to enable connected journeys and personalization.
• Establish engineering standards for deployment, monitoring, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years of experience with customer-data and experience solutions.
• Expertise in data ingestion, identity services, and audience activation.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
