We have the below requirement with one of our client.

Job Title: Data Analyst

Duration: 12 Months plus

Location: New York City, NY

What you are going to learn on JOB:

Note: There will be 4 weeks of training on the job

• Data Analysis with Power HQ (NCRs product).
• Concepts around (SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS).
• Data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
• Knowledge of SQL, experience to pull the data from SQL servers & Oracle tables.
• Fundamentals of Python
• Design and prepare standard and ad hoc reports and summaries for statistical analysis and planning purposes
• Design, create, and implement databases/data collection systems to collect, display, and analyze data for assigned projects and/or team
• Perform research and acquire data from primary or secondary data sources,
• structure large data sets, and analyze and interpret results using statistical techniques
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs and present findings/recommendations based on analysis

Qualification: Some on with Maths, Computer science, Information Technology background

Excellent communication skills

Must know MS office: Word, XL very well
