Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities: - Compile and analyze employee and contractor data across the organization.
- Generate reports and summaries based on location, division, and business unit.
- Break master datasets into approximately 20 separate files based on specified criteria.
- Audit data for accuracy, identifying missing records and discrepancies.
- Manage stakeholder requests to update employee records, maintaining detailed change logs and version control.
- Utilize Excel formulas to automate processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Handle highly sensitive HR data with strict confidentiality.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 5–10 years of professional experience in data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills: Strong formula-building capabilities and experience manipulating large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail: Ability to identify inconsistencies and errors in data.
- HR data/HRIS experience preferred: Familiarity with HR data and report generation from Workday or comparable HRIS.
- Experience in handling sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests.
- SQL scripting/querying experience.
- Familiarity with Tableau and other HRIS platforms.
