Data Analyst

Payrate: $46.00 - $46.15/hr.
 
Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in data engineering, data modeling, and predictive modeling. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and predictive analytics to support product marketing plans and drive key business objectives.
 
Responsibilities:

• Create and execute product marketing plans for assigned products and customers using Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel.
• Support and drive achievement of key product KPIs such as revenue, profitability, and market share through continuous data modeling, statistical analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, CPFR, and Supply Chain teams to track forecast accuracy, identify demand fluctuations, and provide real-time insights through automated data pipelines.
• Manage product lifecycle analytics for the B2B monitor portfolio, including launch forecasting, ramp-up tracking, and EOL demand modeling, in collaboration with Korea HQ.
• Maintain a weekly revenue tracker for key accounts, measuring attainment versus targets and providing insights through advanced data visualization techniques.
• Serve as the analytics contact for Tier 1 distributors, integrating weekly sell-through, POS, and inventory data into a unified reporting layer.
• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and apply data science methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, presenting findings in clear formats like charts and graphs.
• Build automated checks to flag discrepancies between distributor-reported numbers and internal ERP data, escalating real discrepancies.
• Establish efficient methods for recording, tracking, and reporting business activity, leveraging automation for large-scale enterprise data ETL processes with Alteryx.
• Modify and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and scalability while implementing predictive data models and directing necessary system enhancements.
• Manage market share forecasting for B2B.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in a data analytics or quantitative role; a background in consumer electronics or hardware is preferred.

 
Skills:

• Proficiency in Alteryx for building data pipelines.
• Strong skills in Tableau for dashboard creation.
• Comfortable using AI tools and agents for automation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including nested formulas, Power Query, and VBA.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $46.00 - $46.15/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
