Join our team as a Data Analyst in a contract role based in Plano, TX. This position involves working with data engineering and financial analysis to support business intelligence initiatives. The role requires proficiency in data reconciliation and report generation using generic technology solutions.
Description
- Reconcile large datasets and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and implement formulas for data reconciliation.
- Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
- Assess internal control systems for error prevention and fraud detection.
- Evaluate financial risks related to accounting standards and economic conditions.
- Provide opinions on audit results.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze process performance and present findings in visual formats.
- Establish methods for recording, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Design and maintain enterprise data ETL processes.
- Modify databases and direct programming changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Certification in process methodologies like Six Sigma or ITIL.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
