    Description

    Title – Data Analytics Engineer - Techno functional Role
    Location – NY/Alpharetta (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics, KPIs, and data requirements.
    • Design, build, and maintain efficient data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting.
    • Translate complex datasets into clear, business-oriented insights and recommendations.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across platforms.
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
    • Partner with data scientists, product managers, and business teams to support strategic initiatives.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics roles.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL & Analytics tools.
    • Proven experience in financial services and wealth management domains, with expertise in stock plans, financial data, Crypto, and related business processes.
    • Hands-on experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake.
    • Solid understanding of data modeling, architecture, and governance principles.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    Preferred Skills
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Familiarity with Analytics tools such as Dataiku etc.
