Position Summary
The Data and Analytics Executive serves as the senior executive responsible for setting the strategic direction of the program's data and analytics capability. This role provides executive-level oversight and alignment across program leadership, government stakeholders, and technical delivery teams, ensuring that data and analytics investments directly support mission priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Set and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for the program's data and analytics capabilities
Serve as the primary executive-level liaison between the program, government stakeholders, and mission partners
Align data and analytics investments with mission priorities and overall program objectives
Provide executive oversight of program performance, ensuring delivery meets cost, schedule, and quality targets
Advise senior government leadership on emerging data and analytics trends, risks, and opportunities
Champion organizational change management to drive adoption of data-driven decision-making
Represent the program in senior-level forums, steering committees, and stakeholder briefings
Required Qualifications
Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
15+ years of progressive experience in data/analytics strategy, program leadership, or management consulting, including 5+ years in an executive-level role
Demonstrated experience aligning enterprise data strategy with mission and business outcomes
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and briefing skills
Experience supporting federal government, DoD, or Intelligence Community programs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Palantir Foundry, Databricks, or similar enterprise data platforms
PMP or equivalent program leadership certification
Prior military, IC, or federal executive leadership experience
Work Environment
Location, onsite/remote posture, and travel requirements are determined by the supporting contract. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for the duration of the engagement.
