Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead in Global Sales Planning. This role is pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights and facilitating strategic planning across global sales teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an analyst role
- Ability to look at data and tell a story
- Proficiency in transforming data into concrete and explainable formats
- Excel expertise, including pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUPs
- Capability to transform data into visual representations
- Deck building skills
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Applicants must be LOCAL and able to work directly for Artech on W2. No Relocation/ Remote.Familiarity with AI tools and/or Tableau
- Experience in delivering business reviews
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead monthly business reviews and build content
- Facilitate and drive bookings; coordinate with the global planning team
- Collaborate with Geography Sales planning teams and the global EVP team
- Analyze data and build compelling narratives from aggregated plans and forecasts
